I use this bagel slicer at work all the time to provide sliced bagels for customers. I no longer have to be concerned about being careless or in too much of a rush and cutting myself with a sharp knife. It saves a lot of time too!

Dear Sir or Madam: Thank you for your prompt response to my concern as it relates to the Bagel Biter that I purchased from you. The item I received was not at a standard that I anticipated it would be and I promptly informed your agency. I was contacted immediately by a representative from AS SEEN ON TV GUYS and a resolution was quick and efficient. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that he would personally ship a replacement item and would include a return postage paid label for the unsatisfactory item I received. The item was shipped as promised and I even received a delivery notification via email that I didn’t expect! I am pleased to say that this whole transaction went from souring and very disappointing to my being completely satisfied. The item arrived today (one week turnaround time!) I am pleased with the result and barring any unforeseen complications with the working condition, it will make a wonderful Christmas present for my husband which is what it was originally intended for. He should be able to eat bagels with ease and contentment! Thank you for your assistance with this matter, and I would recommend your products to anyone that is in the market for the items you sell. "I love bagels but I can't cut them evenly EVER!! and I hate having one side of the bagel really thick and one really thin. I was looking and looking for something to help make cutting my bagels easier. I got this from someone for Christmas. It's amazing!!! Cuts the bagels evenly every time!!!
