Q: Is your web site secure & is it safe to order online?
A:YES, our website is 100% secure. Our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and 128-bit strong encryption to maintain a very high level of security. Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: According to law, we must charge 7% sales tax in New Jersey only. Recent New Jersey law requires us to charge sales tax on S&H also.
 
Q: Do you accept International orders?
A:
We currently accept orders from within the United States and Canada. However, if you really need something and you are located outside the United States & or Canada, we can set up a special order just for you. Only certain items can be shipped Internationally. Please e-mail our Customer Service Department to see if we can ship that product to your country. If we decide to ship your order, payment must be made through Google checkout, bank wire transfer, Western Union or certified International check only. No other form of payment will be accepted. More information about Google checkout can be found at checkout.google.com.
 
Q: Is there An extra charge for Alaska, Hawaii, GUAM, PR OR VI customers?
A:It depends on the product. Small value items can be shipped to such states without any additional charge. Some heavy Items may be subject to additional charges to such states. Our Customer Service Department will e-mail the buyer if we cannot ship certain item to such states or if there is an additonal charge.

Q: What method of shipping we use & which carriers?
A:We use UPS & USPS. We at time of shipment decide which carrier to use for any particular shipment. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and shipping speed unless prior arrangements have been made by customer. All orders require at least 1-2 business days of processing time regardless of shipping method chosen during checkout. If you require signature delivery, please contact us first to make arrangements, as there is an additionl charge for this service.
 
Q: Are there any customs fees, brokerage fees or duties for International destinations?
A:
International customers are responsible for their country's customs, brokerage and duty fees. These are not included in S&H charges. We will not write gift or lower value on customs forms.
 
Q: I just placed the order, can it be canceled?
A:
You may cancel any order at any time by e-mailing customer service only prior to shipment processing. Once the shipment has been processed, there will be a 10% service charge. If your Item has already been shipped, order cannot be cancelled or edited.
 
Q: How much is S&H?
A:
S&H charges can be calculated on our web site. Please place the desired products in which you are interested in shopping cart, enter your postal code & hit calculate shipping button. All shipping costs will be displayed based on your zip code and the items you purchased.
 
Q: I placed an order but I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my order.
A:
All e-mails are sent automatically, which is a standard procedure. Please check your Spam folder. Often, e-mails are delivered directly to your spam folder. Please, also make sure that you provided us your correct e-mail address. If you think, you provided us an incorrect e-mail address by mistake, simply contact us and we will correct it in our system and send you a confirmation right away.
 
Q: I do not use credit cards; can I still shop on your web site & pay with money order or personal check?
A:
Absolutely, Please place your order on our web site. Choose (Check or Money order by mail) option during checkout. Complete step-by-step instructions, including mailing address, total payment, who to make checks or Money orders payable to, will be given at the end of checkout. It can take 10 to 15 business days for the check to clear the bank. Your order will not be shipped till it clears the bank.
