I am so very pleased that I purchased this Everlast over the door exerciser. It has been easy to work out and I have already increased my upper and lower body strength. It has been great for my kids, as well, and perfect because it doesn't take up alot of room. It was easy to set up and I was able to use it right away. It is also easy to change the exerciser-for upper and lower body workouts. The directions and exercise manual are detailed and easy to understand-with pictures. The exerciser is affordable and along with the also affordable Everlast ab twist board that I bought-makes working out fun and enjoyable! Thank you Everlast and AsSeenOnTVGuys for offering this great exercise product.
