Gopher Reacher

I have had several reachers over the years, and this is my favorite. It is light weight and easy to use. The rubber tips pick up fine objects such as coins or dropped pills. I like the folding aspect so the reacher packs in my suitcase and fits in my scooter basket. The ability to lock the hinge is very helpful to prevent flopping during use. I'll be buying more of this style to keep in multiple rooms so they are only a few steps away.

I received this at Christmas and it's wonderful! I'm only 5'2" tall and ALL kitchens are made for at least 5'8" people. I was so sick of having to drag out the step stool every time I needed anything from an upper cabinet. It works equally as well on packages as well as glasses. Granted you can't haul down anything too heavy but those occasions are few and far between. I use it to pick up dropped items as well. I bought a second one to pick up trash that blows on to the lawn. A very good value in my estimation.

To The Creators of the Gopher two, You guys did a great job on a wonderful product. A couple of days ago if put the Gopher two to the test, it picked up any type of debris or trash that I could find, while I was out cleaning my community nothing was too heavy for the Gopher two. I would like to thank you guys for helping me make a difference in the environment, with so much ease. Here are a few pictures to show of what your product has accomplished. Thanks again for helping the environment, and picking up stuff easy and fun! Great for picking things up off the floor, like pet or kids toys. Awesome for reaching things near bedside when sick or in hospital. Just a wonderful product, is a huge help with my back problems.

Perhaps that is pushing it a bit, but we do love our Deluxe Gopher. We use it for picking up toys on the floor, sippy cups behind and under the sofa, grabbing DVDs stored high...just about everything. This tool has become very important to me to be able to get things I need without calling someone to help me. I am ordering an extra pair to keep around the house.
