| Iron Gym was very easy to install. I am already in great shape, but I wanted to tone my abs a bit. Now that I am toned, I can feel better when I'm at the pool. I am a lifeguard, so I have to stay in great shape for the ladies. Iron Gym is a no brainer for anyone who wants to tone up with an easy and convenient workout. |

| This is exactly what you'd expect from a non permanent pull up bar to use at home. Works great in almost any doorway. Easy to assemble. Grips are nice so that you can keep exercising without getting blisters or sore hands. Hasn't damaged my wall or door frame. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy solution to home fitness. |

| Works as advertised. Took about 15 minutes to put together. Once you get past the fear of taking down your woodwork over the door frame it works great. I've owned it for three weeks and no problems to report. I am now up to three pullups!!! |

| this is a high quality doorway bar. works fabulous for pull ups and ab tightening leg lifts. works very well for pushups. doesn't work for triceps because it it's way too low for dips. kind of cumbersome for sit ups. overall, it's still BEST bang for your [$] |

| I saw this product on an infomercial and thought "Oh wow, another crappy product". I watched the infomercial anyways and glad I did. I never buy anything from these shows. I had wanted to work on losing some belly weight I gained last Christmas and over the first of this year. I ended up buying it since it was only $29 and some change. I now lost my belly because it's pretty addicting. I can't walk past it without doing at least a few pull ups lol. I recently quit smoking and now have another addiction - The Iron Gym! THANKS!!! |

| I bought today because Ive been snowed in and cant make it to the gym. It is an ingenious design! I was very skeptical at first, thinking this product wouldnt hold my body weight (190lbs) but it is designed to distribute the weight onto three different sections of the door frame. Very sturdy and very well built. |

This tool is incredible. I just turned 13 two days ago and I got this for my birthday. I've been working on it like every second of the day. I love it. You can do pull ups (3 different handles to use from), push ups, dips, and sit ups. The only concern that I have is that if you have a door connected to the door frame you can't place the bar on it because the door is blocking it. But overall It's just amazing.

I purchased this product because I work out at home and previously had no way of doing pull-ups. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical of it even after reading all of the positive reviews. For one, I'm a larger person (275 lbs) and I wasn't sure if this product would be able to support me.
It works great and is able to support me without damaging my door frames at all. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because the neutral grip handles are in the same spot that I normally would place my hands for under-hand grip pullups. But really, that is not Iron Gym's fault.
The installation was extremely easy and only takes but a few minutes. You can put the Iron Gym up over a doorway and take it back down in seconds. This is a great product...unless you are buying it for the dips...then you will be greatly disappointed!! |

| I got this for my bf for xmas and he loves it. It only took him a few minutes to assemble. It works great and doesnt leave any marks on the doorway. Also a plus is that it has 3 different handles to work out different muscles. It seems pretty sturdy. So far, it was a great buy! FYI: Dont get this if you plan to swing on it. Since it does not attach to the wall, it will slide off when you swing forward. But it doesnt fall off if you are using it properly to work out... |

| The product works well for every exercise except sit ups. No matter how I position myself or the iron gym it does not stay on the door frame. Any suggestions ? |

| I brought the Iron Gym to help me perform better with pullups. I have to say that it was a very good investment. The great part was, I didn't have to use any tools, and i don't have to feel embarrassed at the gym. I can just work on it in the comfort of my own home |

| I use this product daily, its strong and easy to use. Installation was minimal and the best part was that no screws or holes in wall. I just wish it was available sooner at Asseenontvguys.com . I never buy my as seen on tv products from anyone else except tv guys. |
