Q: I do not use Credit card, Can I still shop on your web site & pay with money order , cashier's check or personal check?
A: Absolutely, Please place your order on our web site. Choose (Check or Money order by mail) option during checkout. Complete step by step instructions including mailing address, total payment, who to make checks or money orders payable to, will be given at the end of checkout.

Q: I placed an order but I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my order.
A: All e-mail's are sent automatically which is a standard procedure. Please check your e-mail spam folder. Often, e-mail's are delivered directly to your spam folder. Please, also make sure that you provided us correct e-mail address. If you think, you provided us wrong e-mail address by mistake, simply contact us and we will correct it in our system and send you confirmation right away.

Q: How much is S&H? Do you charge sales tax?
A: S&H charges can be calculated on our web site. Please place the desired products you are interested in shopping cart, enter your postal code & hit calculate shipping button. All shipping costs will be displayed based on your zip code and items you purchased. By law, we are required to collect 7% sales tax for orders shipping to New Jersey.

Q: I just placed the order, Can it be cancelled?
A: Yes, we can cancel your order ONLY if your order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel your order or edit shipping address once the order has been shipped. Please contact us ASAP. Please note that your order may have already been shipped even though you have yet to receive the "order complete" e-mail. We send complete and shipped e-mail's in bulk at the end of each day. Your order may have already been shipped in the morning or afternoon, in that case, we will not be able to cacel the order. You may return your order when received as per our returns policy. Please contact customer service to obtain return authorization # before sending anything back.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We currently accept orders from within United States and Canada. However, if you really need something and you are located outside United States & or Canada, we can set up a special order just for you. Only certain items can be shipped internationally. Please e-mail our customer service department to see if we can ship that product to your country. If we decide to ship your order, payment must be made thru Google checkout, Bank wire transfer, Western Union or certified international check only. No other form of payment will be accepted. Q: Is there any Customs fees, Brokerage fees or Duties for International destinations?
A: Your package(s) may be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. These charges are not included in shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from AsSeenOnTVGuys.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
