Maxiglide Hair Straightener (Anonymous)
When I first saw the infomercial for the Maxiglide, I was skeptical because I thought it wouldn't work on my Black hair. But the next time I saw the informecial, there were a few Black models getting their hair done and the Maxiglide WORKED. So I went and ordered the Maxiglide that also came along with the Miniglide (there was a special). I LOVE the Maxiglide because it straightens my hair better than any hairstylist would at a salon with an old-fashioned flat iron you put on the stove. I don't worry about having frizzy ends and with the Miniglide and I can get close to my roots and the edges. Instead of using the suggested Maxius hair products to use along with the Maxiglide, I just use my own products (light oil or butters). Once I got my Maxiglide and Miniglide, I threw my other flat irons and curling irons in the garbage.

I just purchased the maxiglide for my 8 year old daughter's tightly curled hair. she doesn't need a relaxer,just a good straightening! Praise The Lord for Maxiglide!!!!! her hair came out smooth as silk and this is an african american child! i can't wait to use this for my own hair. my 12 year old daughter loves it too. i reccomend this to all african american women who want to let go of relaxing.

The Maxiglide has totally changed my life!!!....I couldnt stand going one day without it. I've tried everything you can possibly try and nothing works better than the Maxiglide to straighten out hair. It works very fast and doesnt fry your hair as normal flatirons do. The products that come with it really prevent your hair from frizzing! I suggest everyone with crazy hair try it!!..it really WORKS!

No more visits to the salon to get straight hair (Anonymous)
I was impressed with the results of Maxiglide. I have naturally curly (frizzy) hair and I go to a salon every week to get my hair blow dried straight. Even with professional care it still doesn't come out as straight and sleek as the result I got from using Maxiglide. It was easy to use and it's convenient because I can do it on my own time. The only tip I have is to do small portions at a time and if you have a lot of hair of course it takes longer. I recommend this product, it actually works!

This is a great product that works just like advertised. I have thick curly hair and hate for others to blow dry it (or at least try) and with maxiglide I don't have to worry about that any more. The fact that I no longer have to HAVE it blow dry at all but instead let my hair air dry is a perk. My hair is straighten completly (EVEN ROOTS)and shines. I love and it works fast.
