Pros: Quick and pretty easy! You wont get perfect creases or anything, but I really don't care about that. I just hate ironing!!! Now I don't have to buy wrinkle-free clothes for my husband. I actually love this thing so much that I steam the clothes before I hang them up and then again the morning before he gets dressed just because. I highly recommend this for people who would rather wear wrinkles than iron - but don't really wanted to be all wrinkly!
Cons: The pole could be a tad higher for the pants - but not really a problem since you don't actually have to use the pole to hang your clothes on. |

| I specifically bought this steamer to do my drapes and it worked smoothly. You have to be careful with hose to avoid any tangling. I tried it on a few shirts and it worked fine, but took longer than using an iron. Nevertheless, I give it 5 stars for doing shear drapes and light shirts. Anything that is 100% cotton or thick material would benefit more from an iron. Works well on dress shirts. If you follow directions as indicated, it will not shut off; It is very hot, so you need to use extreme caution. Seems sturdy as well. I recommend it for light articles of clothing and drapes! |

| I love this product. It works great and heats up quickly and lasts a long time. I wish it came with a lint remover attachment. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is so much easier and quicker than ironing the old fashion way. |

| BEST STEAMER I HAVE EVER USED (Anonymous) |
| This steamer is ready in less than 50 seconds. It takes the wrinkles out of everything from jeans, to silks and mens shirts too! We no longer need to send our shirts to the cleaners. I steam-pressed EVERYTHING I could get my hands on. I pressed clothes that have been waiting to be ironed for two years. I cleaned my arm-chair (unbelievable) and took a couple of stains out an area rug. Good thing we don't have a poodle or it would be running around with straight hair right now. I'm going to chuck my ironing board off the Coronado Bridge and throw the iron through the window of the dry-cleaner who has been RIPPING ME OFF for years. |

This product gets all of the wrinkles out of pretty wrinkled clothes, including those from tucking your garments in. Very convenient design. I love the wheels on it and it is definitely easy to store. Nice little hanging tool at the top to hang your garments as you steam them. I am impressed with the overall performance of this nifty tool, if you are considering buying this go ahead, you will save some money from no longer going to the cleaners.

| This machine has made my life so much easier. I no longer have to wait for the iron to heat up, or cool down when I am done. In less than a minute the steam is ready to go. Our family looks better with fewer wrinkles, and I am happier since I no longer have to pounce on the dryer to catch all the clothes before they wrinkle. I would definately make this purchase again. It is easy to use, and easy to store. |

| I used my steamer for the first time. It took very little time to assemble (less than 5min) and did a very good job of removing wrinkles out of a dress shirt. Typically the ironing process would have taken somewhere up to 30 min. with the steamer I was done in about 7. |

I am not so good at ironing clothes. I may take more than 20 minutes TRYING to iron a single polo shirt. With this steamer I get the same quality (or a little better) in just 5 to 7 minutes.
I am not in the mood to learn how to iron and I do not intend to become a professional in this art since I do not have time to spend.
This steamer does a fair job for my needs and it makes me spend less time (and for me, time is money... And, of course, I won't pay someone to iron my shirts because it is too expensive). |
