Flower Power Time Life Music (Anonymous)
As an avid 60's music fan, I highly recommend this collection as one of the best I've heard. For the most part, the 175 or so songs are those that you will not typically hear on "classic rock" radio. For example, there's no Hendrix, Doors, Rolling Stones or Beatles songs that are played over and over on classic rock stations today. I hadn't heard some of the songs in the collection for a very long time. It's like reliving an era to listen to this set. The excellent liner notes enhance this feeling. Also, the sound quality is superb. Buy this set for some thoroughly enjoyable listening and a memorable trip back to the 60's.

An excellent reminder of the good old days. To have at my fingertips, the good old music of my youth is priceless. Music to be enjoyed when I'm in the flower power mood. A chance to support the ARTS and artists. A change of pace from everyday music.

What a wonderful weekend we had listening to these classics. Brought back many memories. It was a history lesson too, on what was happening in the world at the time, namely the Vietnam War.
There were a lot of very young, smart, intuitive artists of the time. How did they know what to say, think and hear, and then sing it? I am more proud of them now then when I was a teenager.

Flower Power CD Set By Time Life (Anonymous)
The best part of this collection is the "Summer of Love" cd - twenty hits from 1967 that are among some of the greatest tunes in pop music history - one-hit wonder or not (and for not being born until nearly a decade after the Summer of Love, I knew almost every song!). This is some of the best music from my era. I carry them where ever I go. You just can not stop listening to them. Over and over and never get bored. It's a wonderful collection!
