Create half-moon shaped pierogi, tarts, snacks, and more with this set of dough presses. Simply place dough in the press, add the filling, and press down. The press teeth seal the dough edge, and the beveled edge cuts the dough to the exact size.

These simple devices create pretty, as-easy-as-pie pastries. On one side of a press is a beveled edge for cutting rounds from rolled-out dough. Turn the press over, place the dough round on the sealing "teeth," and pat it into the concave form. Spoon filling into the center, moisten the edges of the round for a proper seal, fold the press, and bingo! -- out comes a uniformly crimped pastry ready for steaming, frying, or baking.
