Romancing The 70's As Seen On TV Music (Anonymous)
As a mid to late 40 something, these songs are old friends. The songs are timeless for the generation and beyond and are grouped nicely. Such collections are great for the mp3 players. Different artist, different sounds makes for shuffle play as you are driving along or having background music when having guest over.

A month later I would add, that this is the best of the best. For example Neil Sedaka's "Laughter in the Rain" is hugely superb on this track, and the cut from his greatest hit album does not compare. This is a great compilation and is comprised of the best recordings of the same.

Romancing The 70's As Seen On TV Music (Anonymous)
I was half asleep one night when I heard an ad for this set of music on the tv. They were playing a song I love so it caught my attention. I wrote down the title and forgot about it. One day while shuffling through a stack of papers I ran across the note. I got on line and tried to find where I could buy it. I found a few places but the price was high and then it occured to me to try Amazon. I was very pleased to find the recording available at a very good price and bought it, As usual, the service from As Seen On TV Guys was excellent and I am very, very pleased with the music. I was 8 - 18 during the seventies so the set is full of beautiful music that brings back wonderful memories. Five Stars !!!

From the moment I watched the late-night commercials featuring this product, to the exciting moment I received this collection in my mailbox, I've thoroughly enjoyed going back in time through this masterpiece of songs! I was a little girl during this time, and listening to many of these songs took me back to my Grandmother's home, where I'd often hear many of these songs playing through her radio as I was awakening to start a brand new day; to my Mom and Dad's home, where Dad and I would go to the record store (oh! those were the days!) and get albums Mom wanted to have and where Mom would blast the record player (smilin) as we would clean the house or cook; songs I would be dancing and singing along to as my parents held card parties (right before playing Richard Pryor or Redd Foxx albums, summoning all us little ones to my playroom with the door closed -- *snicker*); or just those moments when I would carefully listen to the lyrics, even at so young an age, and be blown away with the meanings of the songs. I hold this collection close to my heart because, for me, it symbolized the good vibes and times of youth gone by with the ones I love and will always love. I have and will continue to recommend to anyone who will listen to purchase this 10-disc set!
