The Betty Crocker Bake N Fill Cake Pan makes it easy to create beautiful and delicious filled cakes and desserts. Create unique desserts that everyone will love. Simply bake a regular Betty Crocker cake mix from the box or use your own 'scratch' recipe, then fill it with the filling of your choice.

The Betty Crocker Bake N Fill is also versatile-in addition to creating unique filled desserts and cakes, it can be used to create three other different types of desserts. When you are done using the Bake N Fill, clean up is a breeze. All pans have non-stick surfaces and they wash clean with a soft cloth and soapy water. They are also dishwasher safe. Now you can easily create beautiful filled cakes. The Betty Crocker Bake N Fill cake pan set comes with a special baking pan insert that allows you to bake a cake with a perfectly molded space for your favorite filling - ice cream, fresh fruit, whipped cream, mousse, custard, gelatin, preserves and other surprises.

A regular (non-filled) cake using the Tall Pan

A regular (non-filled) cake using the Base Pan

A layer cake with frosting or other filling
To create a filled cake:
1. Prepare batter following directions on the box or for your own recipe.
2. Pour batter into Tall Pan up to the fill line on the inside of the pan.
3. Place Insert Pan on top of Tall Pan and twist to lock in to place. (Insert Pan will remain empty.)
4. Pour remaining batter in to Base Pan up to the fill line.
5. Bake both the Tall Pan and Base Pan at 350�. The Base cake will bake for 20-25 minutes and the Tall Cake will bake for 50-55 minutes.
6. Cool Base Cake in pan for 5 minutes and Tall Cake in pan for 20 minutes.
7. Turn Insert Pan counter-clockwise; lift off Insert Pan and set aside. Do not remove cake from pan.
8. Fill hollow center with filling as directed in your recipe.
9. Place Base Cake over the filled Tall Cake. Place a serving plate upside down over the top of the cakes and carefully invert to turn cake on to plate.
10. Frost and decorate as desired.
To create a layered cake:
1. Prepare batter following directions on the box or for your own recipe.
2. Pour batter into Tall Pan up to the fill line on the inside of the pan.
3. Place Insert Pan on top of Tall Pan and twist to lock in to place.
4. Pour remaining batter in to Insert Pan up to the fill line. (The Base Pan is not used for this application.)
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
6. Once the cakes have cooled, twist off the Insert Pan, leaving the small cake inside.
7. Frost the hollow center.
8. Remove small cake from Insert Pan and fit it into the frosted center.
9. Place a serving plate upside down over the top of the cakes and carefully invert to turn cake on to plate.
10. Frost and decorate as desired.
