Miracle Blades With Block Combo
The famous Chef Tony demonstrated the Miracle Blade III knives at the renowned Culinaire des Artes Cooking School, and the chefs wanted to throw out their old knives! So impressed were they by the tempered steel blades with the spectacular 3-in-1 edge that NEVER needs sharpening, that they ordered them on the spot. Chef Tony demonstrated how easily you can cut through frozen foods, bones, even metal, and then get perfect slices of delicate tomatoes, thin shavings of meat, and clean wedges of other foods every time!
Every kitchen needs a good set of knives. And this set of 11 perfection series knives is a well thought out collection that satisfies your kitchen needs. The set includes an all-purpose slicer with its own clever built-in serving fork; a rock 'n' chop cleaver that allows you to use the rocking motion that makes cutting rhythmical and simple, a boning and fillet knife for maximum meat removal from the bone, paring knife for fruits and veggies, 4 steak/utility knives that serve as dinner settings as well as being useful for other chores, chop and scoop utensil, all-purpose shears (that perform an amazing array of services around the kitchen from cutting pizza to cookie dough), and a second all-purpose slicer. Miracle Blade Knives with Block

The Miracle Blade 3 Perfection Series knives are very sharp!!!! I strongly recommend that if you purchase these knives, you buy a knife block to go with this. If not, keep the cardboard slide-ons that come with the knives so you don't accidently cut yourself. I have owned these knives for three years, and they're still sharp (just like they were out of the box); the different variety of knives help with a wide variety of foods (i.e. The Slicer for bread, the paring knife to peel oranges, et. cetera). The only problem I have with them, is a little corrosion at the end of the blade near the handle (mostly involving the steak knives, not so much with the Rock N' Chop!), nothing major that would lead me to throw the knife away- I hand wash these knives and dry them quickly; I would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher. Overall, for $40, it's not too bad of an investment for a 11-piece set of knives. I give them a 7/10.
