Bally Total Fitness Pilates Fitness Band

I have been using this band for exercise, and I have noticed a difference in my flexibility and my muscle tone. My physical therapist recommended it to me (since it has the handles) and it is working out GREAT!!! Great for stretching the back at work, when sitting for long periods of time. Anyway, I really like this band. It is very easy to grip and I find there is a small element of fun in using it. Much safer than my dumbbell set that never gets used. This band seems very sturdy and well put together. Good quality.
