This product is very solid! I'm in the military and can knock out 60 or 70 pushups in 2 minutes (depending on how hard I've been training recently). These grips make pushups tough and challenging, and I can barely do 35 straight on them! I've been training on them for 3 weeks, and while I haven't yet measured the difference in terms of my performance on "regular" pushups, I'm sure it's appreciable. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to improve muscular endurance in their upper body.

I HAVE BEEN USING PUSH UP PRO FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. THE BEST THING I LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT IS, I DO NOT FEEL STRAIN IN MY HANDS AS I USED TO FEEL WHEN DOING REGULAR PUSH UPS. ANOTHER GREAT FEATURE IS HOW COMPACT AND SMALL IT IS SO I CAN TAKE IT ANYWHERE. PUSH UP PRO IS PERFECT FOR MY GYM BAG AND COLLEGE LOCKER. I WILL NOT DO ANOTHER PUSH UP WITHOUT MY PUSH UP PRO.

The push up pro is well made and feels like it will last. It's comfortable to use. really do make your arms work. Like any other exercise equipment, you may want to actually use push up pro in combination with other things. :) Push up pro is great for those with wrist problems. I highly recommend the push up pro rotating bars.

Push Up Pro vs Perfect Pushup

A couple of months ago my co-worker brought Push Up Pro to our office. I tried 'em out and liked them very much. They really do make push-ups more intense and efficient. After reading up on both the Push Up Pro and Perfect Pushup, I couldn't help but wonder which was better. I tried out the Perfect Pushup last and I'm sorry to say this to all you Push Up Pro fans, but the Perfect Pushup (though more expensive) is more sturdy and more well-made than Push Up Pro. However, if you're on a budget or want something you can store more easily in your desk, Push Up Pro will work out nicely. If anything, you can't go wrong with the price.

great push up pro workout

I have used this and the other twisty push up bars, perfect push up. These were cheaper so I got them. The action during the push up is smooth and there is very little difference between the 2 products. If anything these seem lower to the ground and the grips feel different. That's about it. Glad I got it!
