spine seat cushion

I use this cushion for my office chair since I spend so much time in it. It has helped with normal aches and pains caused by sitting in one place for so long. I like the wipe clean surface as well.

I didn’t have high hope when I purchased this cushion since it’s so cheap. I didn’t feel like it would help when I first sat on it. I decided to keep it just because it’s cheap. But then after I sat on it for a few days in my office, I discovered I didn’t have any lower back pain as I usually experienced almost everyday towards the end of the day. It works. . well at least it works for me.

I bought this cushion looking for something to relieve tailbone and sciatica pain, after total knee replacement surgery. I was so thrilled with the design, price and comfort, that I bought one for my car, the exercise bike, my chair at work - and now I have purchased one for each of the 8 staff members in the office! I even 'donated' one to the Physical Therapy office that I was going to for knee rehab, so that they could show their patients and suggest they order one too. It did all I needed it to: Relieved pressure from my tailbone, relieved pressure from the back of my legs, and made me sit up straighter, providing instant comfort. This cushion seem to be helping my siatica when I have to sit for exrended periods of time. It is a bit of a nusiance to arrange it in place evey time I use it, but I expect all simialr products would have the same problem. I liked it well enough to get one for another member of my family.
