I thought that this is just another non working product, but I have to eat my words I have noticed a significant diffence in my abs. I'm by no means slim and in shape, however, I am noticing inches off my waist. It works I am going to order another one!!!

works as advertised, will support your back and help shed a bit of water weight. but to lose weight you have to exercise and eat right, it is a lifestyle change because as we get older the weight comes on but not so easy to lose. so this is just a helper to that end.

Both myself and my wife work out everyday, I bought my first belt when I was in the States two years ago, and now looking to buy a second one for my wife. Not being able to get out there on the road to run we have got a crosstrainer in the house, both of us use it weveryday whilst wearing our belts, The belt is secure and does not move, the extra heat generated by the belt helps to loose the extra fluid stored around that area. I would recommend this to any one who realizes that with diet and exercises this belt is a great compliment to your program.
