For what it costs, I am pretty satisfied with it. It is very compact and easy to use. Dont expect this item to be heavy duty for a perfect pleats free wardrobe ! its mainly for light materials. Its also for small jobs because it doesn't store much water ... so if you have a load better be prepared to run a little! Therefore, i like this little device and its good for what i need and good for not spend hours on it!
