This T-core ab machine is one of the most simply designed, cheapest pieces of plastic stuff you will ever buy. That said, it is also completely effective. Follow the DVD instructions for using this thing. Do the workout routine 2x or even 3x a day and you WILL strenghten your abdominals.

Overall not bad, but you need to do more than you think. 25-30mn a day is a good deal. If you do so, you will win if you do less, you are just playing and waisting your energy and time.
