We need an The Egg Cracker in our messy egg cracking lives. It seems that every time we make anything egg related, the shells end up in the whites, the yolks, and those shells end up in the final cooked products. Not sure why we are so egg cracking challenged, but we are. The Egg Cracker is pretty easy to use. 1) Hold the egg 4-6 inches directly above the Egg Cracker. 2) Strike down with egg over the Egg Cracker blade. 3) Turn egg up and gently pull apart.

No more cracking my eggs on the side of the pan...I used to get drips on the stove, shells in the pan, or a broken yolk. Now I get a perfect, sharp crack every time.
