Story Behind the Green Bags
Scientists involved in Antarctic exploration were searching for ways to prolong the freshness of produce. During their research, they found a region in Japan where for thousands of years farmers have been storing produce in mountain caves with amazing results.
The caves were dark, consistently cool, and dry. But it was discovered that the key to the remarkable preserving properties of the caves was a clay called "oya," and the cave mountain was made of it. The oya absorbed the ethylene gas that produce gives off as it matures. Everfresh bags combine ancient knowledge thousands of years old with space age technology for preserving produce. All that, in a simple, Green Bag.
Since then lots of companies has invented Green Bags but ONLY Debbie Meyer Green Bags are manufactured with the highest quality of standards and perform as advertised. Great For: Bananas, Berries, Broccoli, Cucumbers, Grapefruit, Lettuce, Oranges, Peas, Tomatoes, Fresh Cut Flowers, Fresh Herbs & More!

Being a single person I tend to throw away so much food because it goes bad before I can eat it. Bananas, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, squash, advocados, asparagus, corn on the cob, lettuce. I can visit the farmers market, and by storing it in the bags I have enough for a 3 week period with no waste. I am VERY pleased and ordered some more today. Thanks As Seen On TV Guys!

This is the first time that I used these Debbie Meyer Green Bags and it really makes your fruit and vegetables fresh for a long time. I have my tomatoes, celery, carrots, etc. wrapped in this bag and it will stay fresh for more than two weeks. I would like everybody to try this product and you will not regret it. Green Bags keep my salad greens fresh for days and the peppers really last in these bags. The bananas don't turn brown so fast. I highly recommend this product for your produce, you will not be disapointed.

This is the most fantastic product I have ever used. We are only two people and I used to throw out so much produce. Now, a tomato can last about 3 weeks. I haven''t found anything that this didn''t keep fresher longer. Strawberries and blueberries keep 2 to 3 weeks in the fridge. Please make them in friendly sizes is all I can add. Thanks so much for these lovely bags.

have used these bags in the past and will never be without them. I have keps fruits and vegetables for over a month with no problems. Keps potatoee, onions, carrots, celery in the refrigerator and once every 2 weeks or so, there may be some condensation which is easily solved by removing vegetables from the bag and wiping out with a paper towel. THANKS DEBBIE - THESE ARE A WINNER. Anyone on the fence, GET THEM!
