"What a great little mixer! I've made healthy smoothies, perhaps a little less healthy slurpees, and even who-cares-how-healthy tasty shakes! Love it! Already bought more as gifts. Be sure to get the extra containers so you can have more than one drink made up and ready in the fridge. The only problem I've experienced is locking the container in place. The lock is pretty stiff, and the on switch doesn't work until the container is sufficiently locked in place. I suspect that will soften up a bit with use, and it is getting a LOT of use!"

The Shake 'N Take is a great size for a single serving of a protein shake, smoothie or whatever drink you need to mix. It mixes up quickly, can crush ice so your drink is nice & cold, and it's small enough so you can take it with you anywhere. I use it for a quick protein shake meal when I'm in a hurry. I am looking to buy another container so others can have a quick shake too without having to wash out the one container it comes with. Great gift idea!
