I wear this belt everyday to work and when I workout at the gym, its very comfortable and you will sweat alot in the mid-section. I did notice that after wearing it a couple week I started seeing small blisters around my belly button. I don't know if I have lost any inches but, I began using the second zipper I am now on the last zipper. It's also a great back support if you do alot of phycial work as I do.

I thought that this is just another non working product, but I have to eat my words I have noticed a significant diffence in my abs. I'm by no means slim and in shape, however, I am noticing inches off my waist. It works I am going to order another one!!! Very easy to put on and don't make clothes look bulky when you have it on.

I bought this item about six months ago, when I decided to lose weight and it works miracles. It truly pulls all of the excess water out of your body and forces you to sweat, which is great if you are someone who easily retains water.
